TechRadar published an article on the best survey tools of 2018, and Formstack was included as a “jack of all trades of form creation.” The article mentions how Formstack allows users to create sophisticated surveys and analyze the results.
eX Podcast
Formstack CEO Chris Byers was a guest on episode 53 of the eX podcast, where he discussed how to build a thriving culture with a remote team. Some of the topics discussed include how Formstack handles hiring and onboarding and how to humanize a digital workplace.

Healthcare Analytics News published an article from Byers on amplifying patient satisfaction surveys. The article provides four actionable tips for improving patient survey responses, including providing a compelling “why” and using online forms in lieu of paper surveys (of course!).

Early this quarter, Formstack was awarded a spot on IBJ’s Fast 25 list for the third straight year. This year, we were named the 16th fastest-growing private company in the Indianapolis area. IBJ published a profile highlighting Formstack, and Byers was quoted in a related leadership round-up article.
Inside INdiana Business
Speaking of Formstack awards, we also made it onto the Inc. 5000 list for the fifth time, landing at #2505 among the fastest-growing private companies in America. Inside INdiana Business rounded up the top hoosier companies that made the 2018 list, and Formstack was among 63 Indiana businesses recognized.
